Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 working days. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processing times.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Earrings, skincare, and any custom-made or sale items are non-refundable due to hygiene and exclusivity reasons.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at thelolastore@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
