5. Orders
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

Estimated delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them, except where you independently arrange your own carrier in circumstances permitted by law. 8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
